探讨重症脑外伤患者气管切开后的临床护理措施，总结其经验。回顾性分析气管切开的46例脑外伤患者的临床及护理资料。46例患者气管切开后均未发生肺部感染、呼吸道阻塞、气管切口感染等并发症及不良反应。对重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后，严格无菌操作、做好基础护理、采取有效的气道湿化、吸痰、防止肺部感染及消化道呕吐物返流等综合措施是提高治愈率以及减少并发症的关键。
探討重癥腦外傷患者氣管切開後的臨床護理措施，總結其經驗。迴顧性分析氣管切開的46例腦外傷患者的臨床及護理資料。46例患者氣管切開後均未髮生肺部感染、呼吸道阻塞、氣管切口感染等併髮癥及不良反應。對重型顱腦損傷患者氣管切開後，嚴格無菌操作、做好基礎護理、採取有效的氣道濕化、吸痰、防止肺部感染及消化道嘔吐物返流等綜閤措施是提高治愈率以及減少併髮癥的關鍵。

To investigate the clinical nursing measures after tracheotomy for craniocerebral trauma patients, and to summarize its experience. A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical and nursing data of 46 craniocerebral trauma patients. There were no complications or adverse reactions in the 46 cases, such as pulmonary infection, respiratory tract obstruction, and trachea incision infection. After tracheotomy for craniocerebral trauma patients, the keys to improving of cure rate and reducing complications are strict aseptic operation, good basic nursing, effective comprehensive measures of airway humidification sputum suction, infection prevent, and digestive tract and pulmonary regurgitation.
