从交流电弧炉(ac electric arc furnace,EAF)生产特点出发,说明其有功功率冲击产生的原因,并进行估算。分析这种冲击在电网(发电机组)中的分配特点。论述有功冲击对发电机组的影响。根据国内若干大型工程中所采用的相关资料,总结一般汽轮发电机组承受有功冲击的限值。最后,简述降低发电机组承受有功功率冲击的技术措施。

ABSTRACT:According to the productive characteristics of ac electric arc furnace (EAF), the mechanism of active power impact caused by EAF was explained. Estimating the magnitude of impact, distribution of the impact in the network (generating sets) was analyzed. The influence of the active power on generating sets were discussed. On the relative data of several large projects in China, the limits of active power impact for steam turbo-generator were summarized. Finally, the technical measures for decreasing active power impact of generating sets were outlined briefly.
