采用场景分析法对含可中断负荷的电力系统调度模型进行建模。场景分析既可体现系统运行中的不确定性又可反映随时间变化的调度过程,该文对场景生成、场景缩减及场景树生成进行总结。分析可中断负荷参与系统运行的中断量、时长、次数及提前通知时间等约束,通过与常规机组对比,指出可把可中段负荷视为虚拟发电厂。建立含可中断负荷的优化调度模型并进行算例验证,证明该模型可有效应对系统运行中的不确定性因素。

An optimal dispatch model considering interruptible load was proposed based on the scenario analysis. Scenario analysis can reflect the uncertainty in the operation of power system and the dispatch decisions which change over time. The methods of scenario generation, scenario reduction and scenario tree generation were briefly summarized in this paper. The operation constraints of interruptible loads like the reduction amount, the interrupt duration, the interrupt frequency and the advance notification time were mainly studied, and the comparison between interruptible loads and conventional unit shows that the interruptible loads can be treated as virtual power plants. The optimal dispatch model was established and tested, and the test results show that the optimal dispatch model can effectively handle the uncertainty in the system operation.
