目的：对妊娠中期孕妇的75 g葡萄糖耐量试验结果进行研究分析。方法收集糖尿病筛查的妊娠中期孕妇510例临床资料，并进行回顾性分析。结果21例诊断为糖尿病患者中，空腹血血糖异常患者11例(52.38%)，口服葡萄糖1 h后血糖异常患者17例(80.95%)，口服葡萄糖2 h后血糖异常患者15例(71.43%)。结论妊娠中期孕妇75 g葡萄糖耐量试验中结合孕妇口服葡萄糖1 h和2 h的血糖水平即可作出糖尿病的诊断。

목적：대임신중기잉부적75 g포도당내량시험결과진행연구분석。방법수집당뇨병사사적임신중기잉부510례림상자료，병진행회고성분석。결과21례진단위당뇨병환자중，공복혈혈당이상환자11례(52.38%)，구복포도당1 h후혈당이상환자17례(80.95%)，구복포도당2 h후혈당이상환자15례(71.43%)。결론임신중기잉부75 g포도당내량시험중결합잉부구복포도당1 h화2 h적혈당수평즉가작출당뇨병적진단。
Objective To study and analyze the results of 75 g glucose tolerance test in pregnant woman. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of glucose tolerance test in 510 pregnant women. Results Among the 21 diagnosed diabetes patients, there were 11 cases(52.38%) with abnormal fasting blood glucose. After 1 h of oral glucose, there were 17 cases(80.95%) with abnormal fasting blood glucose. After 2 h, 15 cases(71.43%) with abnormal fasting blood glucose. Conclusion 75 g glucose tolerance test combined with blood glucose level after 1 h and 2 h of oral glucose can be used for diagnosis of diabetes in pregnant woman.
