目的：探究泮托拉唑钠联合血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法60例上消化道出血患者，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组给予常规治疗+泮托拉唑钠。观察组给予常规治疗+泮托拉唑钠+血凝酶。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组总有效率73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组上消化道出血患者输血量、止血时间少于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后，两组上消化道出血患者血红蛋白水平与治疗前相比均有所上升(P<0.01)，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泮托拉唑钠联合血凝酶治疗上消化道出血疗效显著，能有效改善患者出血状况。
목적：탐구반탁랍서납연합혈응매치료상소화도출혈적림상료효。방법60례상소화도출혈환자，수궤분위량조，각30례。대조조급여상규치료+반탁랍서납。관찰조급여상규치료+반탁랍서납+혈응매。관찰비교량조치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔위93.33%，고우대조조총유효솔73.33%(P<0.05)。관찰조상소화도출혈환자수혈량、지혈시간소우대조조(P<0.01)。치료후，량조상소화도출혈환자혈홍단백수평여치료전상비균유소상승(P<0.01)，조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론반탁랍서납연합혈응매치료상소화도출혈료효현저，능유효개선환자출혈상황。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium combined with hemocoagulase in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy + pantoprazole sodium. The observation group was treated by conventional therapy +pantoprazole sodium + hemocoagulase. Curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33%of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had less blood transfusion volume and shorter hemostasis time for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage than the control group (P<0.01). After the treatment, the level of hemoglobin was increased in both groups than that before treatment (P<0.01), while the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination treatment of pantoprazole sodium hemocoagulase has significant effect in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and it can improve bleeding condition of patients.
