目的：探索护理本科生社区毕业实习模式，提高护生社区实践能力。方法：采用文献法、专家访谈法及问卷法制定本科生社区护理实习模式。结果：影响护理本科生社区就业原因前4位是工资待遇、单位规模、发展空间及编制；通过专家和院领导反复讨论制定了社区护理实习模式的初稿。结论：初步构建了本院护理本科生社区实习方案，方案明确了社区实习基地、科室及具体实习内容等。

목적：탐색호리본과생사구필업실습모식，제고호생사구실천능력。방법：채용문헌법、전가방담법급문권법제정본과생사구호리실습모식。결과：영향호리본과생사구취업원인전4위시공자대우、단위규모、발전공간급편제；통과전가화원령도반복토론제정료사구호리실습모식적초고。결론：초보구건료본원호리본과생사구실습방안，방안명학료사구실습기지、과실급구체실습내용등。
Objective:To explore the mode of pre graduation practice community of nuring undergraduate students,to improve the practice ability of nurse students in community.Methods:We formulated the undergraduate community nursing practice mode by using the methods of literature,expert interview and questionnaire method.Results:The top four reasons causing nursing undergraduate community employment were wagesunit scale,development space and compilation;by leading experts and hospital repeated discussions,we developed the first draft mode of community nursing practice.Conclusion:We has initially established the community nursing internship program for undergraduate students in our college,in this scheme,community practice base, departments and the practice contents are clear.
