目的：探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法80例顽固性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上同时给予硝普钠联合多巴胺。观察两组患者心功能改善情况。结果观察组治疗5d后的左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺能够显著改善顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能，疗效显著，值得借鉴。
목적：탐토초보납연합다파알치료완고성심력쇠갈적림상효과。방법80례완고성심력쇠갈환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각40례。대조조채용상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상동시급여초보납연합다파알。관찰량조환자심공능개선정황。결과관찰조치료5d후적좌실사혈분수、좌실서장말기내경화대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론초보납연합다파알능구현저개선완고성심력쇠갈환자심공능，료효현저，치득차감。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, while additional sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine was given to the observation group. The cardiac function improvement was observed in the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences of left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional diastolic diameter in 5 d after treatment between observation group and control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine can improve the cardiac function of patients with refractory heart failure, and this therapy has significant curative effect. It is worthy of reference.
