    目的：腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆管损伤一直是腹腔镜外科医师很关心的问题，本文回顾性分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术482例，其中腹腔镜术后胆管损伤5例，对腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的原因、类型及预防进行分析。
    목적：복강경담낭절제술중담관손상일직시복강경외과의사흔관심적문제，본문회고성분석복강경담낭절제술482례，기중복강경술후담관손상5례，대복강경담낭절제술담관손상적원인、류형급예방진행분석。
    The bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the very concern problem of the laparoscopic surgeons.In this paper,the author retrospectively analyzes 482 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,among 5 cases are laparoscope postoperative bile duct injury.The author analyzes the reasons,types and prevention of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
