目的：探讨解决外科术后患者发生呕吐有效的治疗护理措施。方法：2014年1-6月收治外科住院患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组加用中药敷贴神阙穴，观察两种方法对解除术后呕吐的效果。结果：两组患者术后呕吐发生率比较有明显的差异，比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药敷贴神阙穴能有效预防术后呕吐的发生，方法简单，操作方便，缩短患者禁食时间，有利于术后恢复。

목적：탐토해결외과술후환자발생구토유효적치료호리조시。방법：2014년1-6월수치외과주원환자120례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용상규호리방법，관찰조가용중약부첩신궐혈，관찰량충방법대해제술후구토적효과。결과：량조환자술후구토발생솔비교유명현적차이，비교유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중약부첩신궐혈능유효예방술후구토적발생，방법간단，조작방편，축단환자금식시간，유리우술후회복。
Objective:To explore the effective treatment and nursing intervention to solve postoperative vomiting of patients in surgical operation.Methods:120 patients in surgery department were selected from January to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group added application of traditional Chinese medicine on Shen Que Acupoint.We observed the effect of the two groups for solving postoperative vomiting.Results:We compared the incidence of postoperative vomiting of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of traditional Chinese medicine on Shen Que Acupoint can effectively prevent the occurrence of vomiting after operation;the method is simple;operation is convenient;it can shorten the time of fasting,and it is conducive to the recovery after operation.
