目的：探讨儿童溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis)患者外周血CD3-CD19+的表达及其意义。方法：采用流式细胞分析法，检测20例UC患者和20例正常(对照组)外周血CD3-CD19+的比例。结果：US组CD3-CD19+的表达明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.001)，UC组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血CD3-CD19+的表达值较正常对照明显升高，提示CD3-CD19+可能在UC的病理机制中发挥作用。

목적：탐토인동궤양성결장염(Ulcerative Colitis)환자외주혈CD3-CD19+적표체급기의의。방법：채용류식세포분석법，검측20례UC환자화20례정상(대조조)외주혈CD3-CD19+적비례。결과：US조CD3-CD19+적표체명현고우정상대조조(P＜0.001)，UC조여정상대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：궤양성결장염환자외주혈CD3-CD19+적표체치교정상대조명현승고，제시CD3-CD19+가능재UC적병리궤제중발휘작용。
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of CD3-CD19+in peripheral blood of children with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Using flow cytometry,peripheral blood CD3-CD19+ ratio of 20 patients with UC and 20 normal people(the control group) were detected.Results:In ulcerative colitis group,the expression of CD3-CD19+was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.001).Compared the group of UC patients with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with ulcerative colitis,compared with the normal control group,the expression of peripheral blood CD3-CD19+ value is increased significantly.The results suggests that CD3-CD19+ may play a role in the pathogenesis of UC.
