目的：探讨胸腔镜手术对胸部疑难疾病的诊治价值。方法：回顾分析33例经胸腔镜手术获得明确诊断的患者资料。结果：33例病例有32例得到病理学确诊；无手术并发症发生。结论：对于诊断困难的胸部疑难疾病，胸腔镜手术是安全、有效的诊治方法。
目的：探討胸腔鏡手術對胸部疑難疾病的診治價值。方法：迴顧分析33例經胸腔鏡手術穫得明確診斷的患者資料。結果：33例病例有32例得到病理學確診；無手術併髮癥髮生。結論：對于診斷睏難的胸部疑難疾病，胸腔鏡手術是安全、有效的診治方法。
목적：탐토흉강경수술대흉부의난질병적진치개치。방법：회고분석33례경흉강경수술획득명학진단적환자자료。결과：33례병례유32례득도병이학학진；무수술병발증발생。결론：대우진단곤난적흉부의난질병，흉강경수술시안전、유효적진치방법。
Objective:To explore the value of video-assisted thoracoscopic operation for diagnosis and treatment of chest difficult diseases.Methods:The data of 33 patients with clarify diagnosis by video-assisted thoracoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:32 cases had pathological diagnosis in 33 cases,and they had no operation complication.Conclusion:For chest difficult diseases with diagnosis difficult,video-assisted thoracoscopic operation is safe and effective method of diagnosis and treatment.
