目的:探讨钼靶X线检查在乳腺癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法:收治乳腺癌患者20例,所有患者均采用钼靶X线和超声进行检查,并经手术及病理证实。结果:两种方法对肿块、肿块+钙化的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);钼靶X线对钙化的检出率40.00%,其对钙化的敏感性明显高于超声(P<0.05);根据患者病理类型结果,两种方法诊断结果比较,钼靶X线诊断符合率85.00%,明显高于超声诊断(P<0.05)。结论:钼靶X线对钙化具有较高的敏感性及诊断符合率,但其也存在缺点,采用高频超声能够有效弥补其缺点,使诊断符合率得到进一步提高。

목적:탐토목파X선검사재유선암진단적림상응용개치。방법:수치유선암환자20례,소유환자균채용목파X선화초성진행검사,병경수술급병리증실。결과:량충방법대종괴、종괴+개화적검출솔차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);목파X선대개화적검출솔40.00%,기대개화적민감성명현고우초성(P<0.05);근거환자병리류형결과,량충방법진단결과비교,목파X선진단부합솔85.00%,명현고우초성진단(P<0.05)。결론:목파X선대개화구유교고적민감성급진단부합솔,단기야존재결점,채용고빈초성능구유효미보기결점,사진단부합솔득도진일보제고。
Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of molybdenum target X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:20 patients with breast cancer were selected.All patients were checked by molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonic inspection.The diagnosis was confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:There was no significant difference of two methods on mass and mass plus calcification(P>0.05).The detection rate of molybdenum target X-ray for calcification was 40%, which showed that the sensitivity of molybdenum target X-ray for calcification was significantly higher than that of ultrasound(P<0.05).According to the results of patients with pathological type,we compared the diagnostic results,and molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis coincidence rate was 85%,which was significantly higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Molybdenum target X-ray has higher sensitivity and the coincidence rate of diagnosis,but it also has shortcomings.Using high frequency ultrasound can effectively make up for its shortcomings,and further improve the diagnostic accordance rate.
