目的：对纤维桩烤瓷冠修复进行临床效果观察。方法：按门诊病历进行2年的随访追踪观察。结果：共181颗纤维桩修复的患牙，成功167颗，失败12颗为前牙，2颗为后牙，分别为纤维桩折断2颗，树脂核折断3颗，桩核脱落8颗，牙根折断1颗，绝大多数患者比较满意。结论：在进行纤维桩烤瓷冠修复时，应尽量保留或形成完整的牙本质肩领，在剩余牙体较少的情况下，采用桩核冠的修复方式比直接使用全冠修复更能获得长期、稳定的修复效果。

목적：대섬유장고자관수복진행림상효과관찰。방법：안문진병력진행2년적수방추종관찰。결과：공181과섬유장수복적환아，성공167과，실패12과위전아，2과위후아，분별위섬유장절단2과，수지핵절단3과，장핵탈락8과，아근절단1과，절대다수환자비교만의。결론：재진행섬유장고자관수복시，응진량보류혹형성완정적아본질견령，재잉여아체교소적정황하，채용장핵관적수복방식비직접사용전관수복경능획득장기、은정적수복효과。
Objective:To obeserve the clinical effect of fiber post porcelain crown restoration.Methods:According to the outpatient medical records,we carried out 2 years of follow-up observation.Results:181 teeth with fiber post restoration were selected.167 teeth were successful;12 anterior teeth were failure,and 2 posterior teeth were failure,including 2 teeth of fiber pile broken,resin core fracture in 3 teeth,post and core fall off in 8 teeth,1 tooth of root fracture.The vast majority of patients were satisfied. Conclusion:During the repair of porcelain crown fiber post,we should try to retain or formation of dentin shoulder complete collar. In the remaining tooth fewer cases,we can use the way of pile nuclear crown repair,which can obtain the long-term and stable repair effect than the direct use of full crown restoration.
