目的：探讨不同产程剖宫产术对母婴结局的影响。方法：2010年2月-2014年2月收治活跃期后进行剖宫产产妇40例，设为对照组，选取同期收治潜伏期剖宫产产妇40例为观察组，观察两组患者术后母婴并发症及新生儿结局情况。结果：观察组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组新生儿颅内出血、吸入性肺炎、Apgar评分＜7分等情况均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：潜伏期剖宫产较活跃期剖宫产术能明显降低产妇术后并发症的发生，改善新生儿术后情况。

목적：탐토불동산정부궁산술대모영결국적영향。방법：2010년2월-2014년2월수치활약기후진행부궁산산부40례，설위대조조，선취동기수치잠복기부궁산산부40례위관찰조，관찰량조환자술후모영병발증급신생인결국정황。결과：관찰조술후병발증총발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조신생인로내출혈、흡입성폐염、Apgar평분＜7분등정황균명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：잠복기부궁산교활약기부궁산술능명현강저산부술후병발증적발생，개선신생인술후정황。
Objective:To explore the effect of different stage of cesarean section on maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods:40 puerpera with cesarean section after active phase were selected from February 2010 to February 2014 as the control group.40 puerpera with cesarean section during incubation period were selected at the same time as the observation group.The postoperative maternal and neonatal complications and neonatal outcome of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,aspiration pneumonia,Apgar score<7 scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with active phase cesarean section,the incubation period cesarean section can significantly reduce the occurrence of maternal postoperative complications and improve neonatal postoperative situation.
