目的：探讨舒芬太尼在妊娠高血压剖宫产患者中的应用效果。方法：2012年12月-2013年5月收治妊娠高血压患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，两组麻醉方法均采用腰硬联合麻醉，对照组采用利多卡因，观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒芬太尼，比较两组患者的剖宫产过程中的血压变化、麻醉效果、新生儿结局及不良反应。结果：观察组麻醉5 min后的收缩压显著低于对照组，舒张压显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组的药物起效时间、运动恢复时间、痛觉恢复时间以及不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组的寒战的发生率低于对照组，新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组，肌肉松弛效果好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：舒芬太尼在妊娠高血压患者中的应用能够较好的稳定患者的血压，减少寒战发生，不良反应少，安全可靠。

목적：탐토서분태니재임신고혈압부궁산환자중적응용효과。방법：2012년12월-2013년5월수치임신고혈압환자60례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조30례，량조마취방법균채용요경연합마취，대조조채용리다잡인，관찰조재대조조적기출상채용서분태니，비교량조환자적부궁산과정중적혈압변화、마취효과、신생인결국급불량반응。결과：관찰조마취5 min후적수축압현저저우대조조，서장압현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조적약물기효시간、운동회복시간、통각회복시간이급불량반응차이균무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。관찰조적한전적발생솔저우대조조，신생인Apgar평분고우대조조，기육송이효과호우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：서분태니재임신고혈압환자중적응용능구교호적은정환자적혈압，감소한전발생，불량반응소，안전가고。
Objective:To investigate the application effects of sufentanil in gestational hypertension patients with cesarean section. Methods:60 gestational hypertension patients were selected from December 2012 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of anesthesia methods were combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.The control group were given lidocaine.The observation group were given sufentanil on the basis of the control group.We compared the changes of blood pressure,the effect of anesthesia,neonatal outcome and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,5 min after anesthesia,systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that of control group;diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that of control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of two groups of drug onset time,motor recovery time,pain recovery time and adverse reactions were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of shivering was lower than that of the control group;Apgar score of neonates was higher than that of the control group;the muscle relaxation effect was better than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sufentanil in gestational hypertension patients can effectively stabilize the patient's blood pressure,and reduce the occurrence of shivering.The adverse reaction is little. It is safe and reliable.
