目的：探讨落铂联合替吉奥对晚期乳腺癌患者生活质量水平的影响。方法：2013年2月-2014年1月收治晚期乳腺癌患者50例，将患者分为两组各25例，对照组给予落铂单独治疗，观察组在此基础上同时使用替吉奥治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量评分结果。结果：观察组的生活质量评分(98.8±5.5)分，对照组(82.6±12.2)分，组间评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用落铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期乳腺癌，患者生活质量评分结果明显提高，其具有积极的推广意义。
목적：탐토락박연합체길오대만기유선암환자생활질량수평적영향。방법：2013년2월-2014년1월수치만기유선암환자50례，장환자분위량조각25례，대조조급여락박단독치료，관찰조재차기출상동시사용체길오치료，비교량조환자치료전후생활질량평분결과。결과：관찰조적생활질량평분(98.8±5.5)분，대조조(82.6±12.2)분，조간평분비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：채용락박연합체길오치료만기유선암，환자생활질량평분결과명현제고，기구유적겁적추엄의의。
Objective:To explore the effect of lobaplatin combined with tegafur on the life quality level of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:50 patients with advanced breast cancer were selected from February 2013 to January 2014.The patients were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each.The control group were given lobaplatin separate treatment.The observation group were given tegafur treatment on this basis.The life quality score results of patients in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The life quality score of patients in the observation group was (98.8 ± 5.5)scores.The control group was (82.6 ± 12.2)scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lobaplatin combined with tegafur is used in the treatment of advanced breast cancer,and the life quality score result of patients improves obviously.It has positive popularization significance.
