目的：探究布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的治疗效果。方法：收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者92例，随机分为试验组和对照组各46例，对照组给予常规治疗，试验组在此基础上加布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果、肺功能改善情况及不良反应。结果：试验组总有效率明显高于对照组，且肺功能改善情况优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率少而轻微，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病可迅速改善症状及提高肺功能，且不良反应较少，患者依从性好，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐구포지내덕연합이병탁추안무화흡입치료만성조새성폐병적치료효과。방법：수치만성조새성폐질병환자92례，수궤분위시험조화대조조각46례，대조조급여상규치료，시험조재차기출상가포지내덕、이병탁추안연합무화흡입치료，관찰량조환자치료효과、폐공능개선정황급불량반응。결과：시험조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차폐공능개선정황우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조환자불량반응발생솔소이경미，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：포지내덕연합이병탁추안무화흡입치료만성조새성폐병가신속개선증상급제고폐공능，차불량반응교소，환자의종성호，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 46 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group were treated with budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.We observed the effect of treatment,pulmonary function improvement and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of control group,and lung function improvement was better than the control group.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). In two groups,the incidence of adverse reaction was low,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can quickly improve symptoms and improve lung function;adverse reaction is less;the patient compliance is good;so it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
