目的：探讨盐酸胺碘酮片所致不良反应(ADR)发生的类型与特点。方法：对国内应用盐酸胺碘酮片出现的不良反应进行临床分析。结果：盐酸胺碘酮片不良反应临床表现为多种多样，以消化系统、心律失常、甲状腺功能异常以及呼吸系统较为常见。结论：盐酸胺碘酮片所致药物不良反应日渐增多，应引起临床高度重视，及时对应处理。
목적：탐토염산알전동편소치불량반응(ADR)발생적류형여특점。방법：대국내응용염산알전동편출현적불량반응진행림상분석。결과：염산알전동편불량반응림상표현위다충다양，이소화계통、심률실상、갑상선공능이상이급호흡계통교위상견。결론：염산알전동편소치약물불량반응일점증다，응인기림상고도중시，급시대응처리。
Objective:To explore the types and characteristics of adverse reactions occurred by amiodarone hydrochloride tablets. Methods:The adverse reactions of domestic application of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets were given clinical analysis.Results:The clinical manifestations of adverse reaction of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets were varied.The digestive system,arrhythmia, abnormal thyroid function and respiratory system were common.Conclusion:Drug adverse reactions caused by amiodarone hydrochloride tablets increase increasingly.It should be given rise to clinical great importance,and give timely corresponding processing.
