目的：探讨 O 型血孕妇 IgG 抗 A（B）效价测定状况。方法采用卡式 IgG 抗 A（B）效价检测544例O 型血 Rh（＋）孕妇产前血清 IgG 抗 A（B）效价测定。结果总共检测孕妇544例，阳性检出281例，阳性率为51.65%，其中，妇—夫 O-A 组合223例，阳性120例，阳性率为53.81%；O-B 组合246例，阳性125例，阳性率为50.81%；O-AB 组合75例，阳性36例，阳性率为48.00%。组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论 O 型血孕妇血清 IgG 抗 A（B）效价检测阳性率高，孕妇采用卡式 IgG 抗 A（B）效价检测对预防新生儿母婴血型不合引起的溶血病有临床意义。

Objective To investigate the blood of pregnant women against AO IgG(B)assay conditions. Methods Using the card IgG anti A(B)was detected in 544 cases of O type blood with Rh( + )pregnant women serum IgG A(B)as-say. Results Atotal of 544 cases of pregnant women, 281 cases were positive, the positive rate was 51. 65% , among them, Woman-husband O-Acombination of 223 cases, 120 cases were positive, the positive rate was 53. 81% ;O-B combination of 246 cases, 125 cases were positive, the positive rate was 50. 81% ;O-AB group 75 cases, 36 cases were positive, the positive rate was 48%. Comparison between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusion O type blood serum IgG A(B)positive rate of high titer detection, pregnant women with type IgG A(B)titer detection on the prevention of maternal fetal blood group incompatibility with neonatal hemolytic disease caused by a clinical significance.
