目的：观察椎弓根钉结合经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法选择骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者13例，其中男4例11个椎体，女9例24个椎体；所有患者均有2个或以上椎体骨折，并且其中至少有1个椎体是爆裂性骨折，通过术前、术后1d 疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较，观察临床疗效。结果所有患者术前 VAS 评分为（8.9±1.4）分，术后评分为（2.1±0.8）分，差异比较有统计学差异（P <0.05），术中骨水泥渗漏2例3个椎体。结论椎弓根钉结合 PKP 治疗多发性骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效良好，可迅速缓解腰背部疼痛，减少出血和手术时间。
목적：관찰추궁근정결합경피추체후철성형술치료다발성골질소송성추체골절적림상료효。방법선택골질소송성추체압축성골절환자13례，기중남4례11개추체，녀9례24개추체；소유환자균유2개혹이상추체골절，병차기중지소유1개추체시폭렬성골절，통과술전、술후1d 동통시각모의평분（VAS）비교，관찰림상료효。결과소유환자술전 VAS 평분위（8.9±1.4）분，술후평분위（2.1±0.8）분，차이비교유통계학차이（P <0.05），술중골수니삼루2례3개추체。결론추궁근정결합 PKP 치료다발성골질소송성추체골절적림상료효량호，가신속완해요배부동통，감소출혈화수술시간。
Objective To observe clinical effect of the pedicle screw combined percutaneous vertebraplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods 13 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,including 11 male 4 cases of vertebral body,female 9 cases 24 vertebral body;all patients have two or more vertebral fractures,and at least one vertebral burst fracture. Through the preoperative and postoperative 1 d pain visual analog scale(VAS),observe clin-ical curative effect. Results All patients with preoperative VAS score was 8. 9 ± 1. 4 points,postoperative VAS score was 2. 1 ± 0. 8 points,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05),intraoperative bone cement leakage in 2 cases 3 ver-tebral body. Conclusion There is a significant effects of the pedicle screw combined percutaneous vertebraplasty for the treat-ment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture,can quickly relieve back pain,reduce bleeding and operation time.
