目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗慢性盆腔痛患者的效果。方法：100例慢性盆腔痛患者随机分为两组，腹腔镜组和保守治疗组。腹腔镜组患者主要在腹腔镜下行手术治疗，保守治疗组患者则应用传统药物治疗。记录腹腔镜组手术前诊断不准确的患者例数，两组患者的治疗效果，两组患者的治疗费用。结果：腹腔镜组17例患者术前诊断不正确，腹腔镜组患者的疗效比保守治疗组好（P﹤0.05），腹腔镜组患者治疗费用比保守治疗组少（P﹤0.05）。结论：腹腔镜用于诊治慢性盆腔痛效果好并减少治疗费用。
목적：탐토복강경수술치료만성분강통환자적효과。방법：100례만성분강통환자수궤분위량조，복강경조화보수치료조。복강경조환자주요재복강경하행수술치료，보수치료조환자칙응용전통약물치료。기록복강경조수술전진단불준학적환자례수，량조환자적치료효과，량조환자적치료비용。결과：복강경조17례환자술전진단불정학，복강경조환자적료효비보수치료조호（P﹤0.05），복강경조환자치료비용비보수치료조소（P﹤0.05）。결론：복강경용우진치만성분강통효과호병감소치료비용。
Objective To investigate the effect of 1aparoscopic surgerY on in the patients underwent Chronic pe1vic pain. Methods One hundred patients underwent chronic pe1vic pain were divided into two groups:Laparoscopic group and Conservative treatment group. The pa_tients in the Laparoscopic group were treated bY 1aparoscopic surgerY. The patients in the Conservative treatment group were treated bY drug therapY. The patients whose preoperative diagnoses were incorrect in the Laparoscopic group were recorded. The therapeutic effect and thera_peutic costs in both were recorded. Results There were seventY patients whose preoperative diagnosis were incorrect in the Laparoscopic group. The therapeutic effect in the Laparoscopic group was better than it in the Conservative treatment group(P﹤0. 05). The therapeutic costs in the Laparoscopic group were 1ess than those in the Conservative treatment group( P﹤0. 05). conclusion Laparoscopic surgerY in the patients underwent chronic pe1vic pain is good and can decrease the therapeutic costs.
