提升领导干部的法治思维水平，是从源头上实施依法治国方略、培养全民守法意识的必然要求。现阶段，在很大一部分领导干部中，存在着法律虚无主义思想、权力本位思想，需要通过加强领导干部的法治教育、弘扬权利本位意识、大力宣传法治文化精神等手段，来提升领导干部的法治思维水平。

It is escalating the level of leading cadres’thought that acting as the necessary requirement of implementing rule by law strategy and leading law abiding consciousness of national fundamentally.While there exists a high percentage of leaders who possess the thought of Legal nihilism,rights-based etc.Therefore,by enhancing the leaders’law education,advancing the rights-based consciousness,promoting cultural spirit of rule of law and other means to escalate the level of leading cadres’legal thinking is necessary.Hope this article will be conducive to escalate the level of leading cadres’legal thinking.
