由于电气设备特殊要求,变电站屋内GIS组合电器楼面比较狭长,结构总长度超出伸缩缝最大间距要求,一般都要设置变形缝,在超出规范规定伸缩缝最大间距的情况下,为了实现变电站超长屋面板不设缝,对变电站屋面温度场和应力场进行了有限元分析,并给出超长钢筋混凝土屋面板结构不设置变形缝的措施。

Due to the special requirements of electrical equipment,the substations floor of GIS Switchgear is long relatively. The total structure length exceeds the maximum spacing requirements of the deformation joint. In order to achieve no seam deformation joint of long roof beyond the specification maximum spacing,we analyze temperature and stress field of substation roof by finite element analysis. At last,measures are given that deformation joint is not set in the long reinforced concrete roof structure.
