特高压输电线路中耐张塔悬挂很重的耐张绝缘子串，导致该部分单位长度上的荷载远大于导线自身单位长度上的荷载。特别是档距较短时，这些非均布荷载与导线自身荷载相比所占分量就更大。在这种情况下，计算导线应力、弧垂及线长时，必须考虑耐张串非均布荷载的影响，否则将产生不能容许的误差。将特高压耐张绝缘子串近似成悬链线形状对其进行有限元分析，并提出可以应用于工程设计中的解析法计算解决方案，该算法可计算耐张绝缘子串的悬链线弧垂，校验对地距离和铁塔电气间隙，也可精确计算耐张串绝缘子需要倒挂片数，降低输电线路污闪几率。

The tension tower of ultra-high voltage (UHV)transmission lines hang heavy tension strain.So the partial load is much larger than the wire itself per unit length. Especially for shorter span,non-uniform distribution of loads account for larger proportion,compared with the loads wire itself. In this case,the calculation of the wire stress,sag and line length will be a fatal error,if not considering the influence of non-uniform distribution of loads of the tension strain. In this article,we conducted finite element analysis on UHV tension insulator string and proposed calculation method which could be applied on engineering design. The algorithm could calculate tension insulator string’s sag,check clearance distance to ground,and reduce the chance of transmission line flashover.
