由于电网和电气化铁路的同步快速发展,建设和改造过程中电网与铁路双方交叉跨(穿)越情况较多,互相影响较多。针对此问题,首先介绍了铁路行业和电力行业相互约束的规程、规范,尤其对输电线路设计阶段存在的问题,从设计角度提出相关建议,供输电线路的设计、建设、运行单位参考。

Due to the synchronous and fast development of the power grid and the electrified railway,the situation of grid and railway crossing across (wear)becomes more and more in the process of construction and retrofit. In this paper,the mutual constraints of the rail industry and power system are introduced,especially the problems of transmission lines in the design stage. The suggestions of design are proposed for the reference of design ,construction and operation unit.
