结合南水北调东线一期工程治污历程,以规划水平年2000年为基准,以2000年-2013年第一季度为时间轴,按照高锰酸盐指数和氨氮两项主要指标,对东线黄河以南段历年水质变化情况进行了年际、年内和沿程分析,并选取典型断面进行了剖析。结果显示,东线10年治污取得了显著成效,沿线水质呈现出明显的阶段性改善特点,2012年11月,东线黄河以南段各控制断面水质均达到规划治理目标要求,并趋于稳定,为东线一期工程通水奠定了坚实基础。

According to the pollution control process of the first-stage construction in the Eastern Route ( ER) of South-t o-North Water Diversion Project ( SNWDP) , t he inter-annual and annual variat ions of water quality of the south section of Yel owRiver along the ER of SNWDP were analyzed using two key indicators, permanganate index and ammonia. The analysis selected year 2000 as the planning year, and was performed for the first quarter f rom 2000 to 2013. The results showed that water pollution cont rol achieved remarkable successes, and water quality along the ER of SNWDP showed significantly phased improvements over the past decade. In November 2012, t he water quality at the control sections met the requirements of planning objectives and it stabilized since then, which laid a solid foundat ion for the wat er service of the first- stage engineering project in the ER of SNWDP in 2013.
