为经济、高效地处理船舶压载水中的微藻,采用铁碳微电解技术对含塔胞藻和赤潮异弯藻的藻液进行处理.考察铁屑和活性炭总投加量、铁屑与活性炭质量比、铁屑和活性炭粒径、搅拌转速和反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:当铁屑和活性炭总投加量为12 g/L,铁屑与活性炭的质量比为1∶1,铁屑粒径为[0.15,0.90)mm,活性炭粒径为(0,0.15)mm,转速为160 r/min,反应时间为75 min时,塔胞藻的去除率可达到98.34%;当铁屑和活性炭总投加量为12 g/L,铁屑与活性炭质量比为1∶1,铁屑和活性炭粒径均为(0,0.15)mm,转速为140 r/min,反应时间为60 min时,赤潮异弯藻的去除率可达到99.61%.

To treat the microalgae in ship’s ballast water economically and effectively,the water that contains Pyramimonas sp. and Heterosigma akashiwo is treated by the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis tech-nique. The factors influencing the treatment efficiency are considered where the factors include the iron and active carbon dosage,iron to active carbon mass ratio,iron and active carbon particle sizes,blend-er’s rotational speed,and reaction time. The result shows that Pyramimonas sp. removal rate can reach 98. 34% under the condition of the iron and active carbon dosage 12 g/L,the mass ratio of iron to active carbon 1∶1,the iron particle size [0. 15,0. 90)mm,the active carbon particle size less than 0. 15 mm, the rotational speed 160 r/min and the reaction time 75 min;Heterosigma akashiwo removal rate can reach 99. 61% under the condition of the iron and active carbon dosage 12 g/L,the mass ratio of iron to active carbon 1∶1,both the iron and active carbon particle size less than 0. 15 mm,the rotational speed 140 r/min and the reaction time 60 min.
