目的：探讨磷酸化信号传导及转录活化因子3（phosphates signal transducer and activator of transcription 3, p-STAT3）在肝癌组织中的表达，以及p-STAT3表达同肝癌患者预后的关系。方法通过免疫组化SP法以及Western blot法检测68例肝癌组织中p-STAT3的表达；根据p-STAT3表达水平的高低进行分组，比较不同组中肝癌临床病理特征及患者预后。结果肝癌组织中p-STAT3蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织。在肝癌组织p-STAT3高表达组同低表达组对比，发现2组患者的组织病理分化、TNM分期、门静脉系统侵犯存在统计学差异，p-STAT3表达水平较高的患者预后较差。结论 p-STAT3的表达在肝癌组织中异常增高，且与肝癌临床病例特征及患者预后存在相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p-STAT3(phosphates signal transducer and activator of transcription 3)in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and prognosis of patients. Methods The expression of p-STAT3 in 68 HCC tissues were all detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting;The 68 HCC tissues were divided into two groups based the expression level of p-STAT3;The clinicopathological characteristics and the prognosis of patients were compared between groups. Results The positive expression rate of p-STAT3 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was higher than that in paracancerous tissues. There was significant difference between the p-STAT3 positive expression group and negative expression group in pathological grade, TNM stage and portal vein invasion;Patient with higher expression level of p-STAT3 had relatively poorer prognosis. Conclusion The expression level of p-STAT3 is abnormally elevated in HCC and can serve as a predictor of the prognosis of patients with HCC.
