目的:研究肝细胞癌患者TACE治疗中C臂CT扫描的X线辐射剂量和时间效率,评估C臂CT扫描的安全性和实用性。方法2012年9月至2013年3月在本院接受TACE的肝细胞癌患者中,分别选取80例作为研究组,80例作为对照组。研究组患者在TACE治疗时行C臂CT扫描,对照组未行C臂CT扫描。分别记录两组患者检查、治疗全程所用时间和所受X线辐射剂量,采用独立样本t检验比较两组患者所受X线辐射剂量的差异。结果研究组80例患者所受X线辐射剂量平均为393.18 mGy,对照组患者所受辐射剂量平均为401.05 mGy,两组辐射剂量平均值独立样本t检验进行,差异无统计学意义(t=0.355,P=0.723)。研究组较对照组检查及治疗全过程平均多用时9.5分钟。结论 C臂CT扫描不增加患者所受X线辐射剂量,应用安全、高效,前景广阔。

Objective To assess the safety and utility of C-arm CT scan by studying x-ray radiation dose and time efficacy during C-arm CT scan in TACE therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods 160 HCC patients receiving TACE therapy in our hospital during Sep. 2102 and Mar. 2013 were chosen for the study. They were divided into 2 groups with 80 for each group. One group was the study group in which patients received C-arm CT scan and the other one was the control group in which patients didn't receive C-arm CT scan. The time and x-ray radiation dose on the skin through the whole check and therapy process were recorded for each group respectively. Independent sample t test was applied to determine the significant differences of x-ray radiation doses between the two groups. Results The mean x-ray radiation dose on the skin of 80 patients in the study group and the control group was 393.18mGy and 401.05mGy, respectively. There were no statistical difference between the two groups using independent sample t test ( t=0.355, P=0.723). The time for the whole check and therapy process of the study group was 9.5 minutes more than that of the control group. Conclusions C-arm CT scan won't increase x-ray radiation dose for patients. It is expected to be used safely, effectively and extensively.
