以长江工程职业技术学院的高职工程造价专业教学为例，根据笔者多年来的研究和近几年试行的现代学徒制实践成果，探讨了校内企业化环境的设计框架，提出了现代学徒制人才培养模式，这种模式也可供高职院校其他专业参考。

The teaching of Engineering Cost in Changjiang Institute of Technology being taken as an example and based on the author's year's research and the practical result in carrying out mod-ern apprenticeship in recent years,the design framework of campus enterprise environment is dis-cussed and the modern apprenticeship talent training mode is proposed.This mode can also be used by other higher vocational colleges for reference.
