本文以粳型西巨胚1号为试验材料,研究了不同低温处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随着低温胁迫温度的降低,巨胚稻种子萌发受抑制的程度增强。当胁迫温度达8℃及以下时,西巨胚1号的发芽率急剧下降,低温处理后幼芽不能很好恢复生长,死苗率高。50%死苗率和胁迫温度的拟合曲线结果表明粳型西巨胚1号种子萌发对低温冷害的最低耐受温度为9.4℃。

본문이갱형서거배1호위시험재료,연구료불동저온처리대충자맹발적영향。결과표명,수착저온협박온도적강저,거배도충자맹발수억제적정도증강。당협박온도체8℃급이하시,서거배1호적발아솔급극하강,저온처리후유아불능흔호회복생장,사묘솔고。50%사묘솔화협박온도적의합곡선결과표명갱형서거배1호충자맹발대저온냉해적최저내수온도위9.4℃。
The effect of different low temperature stress on seed germination was studied with the Japonica Xi-giant embryo-1 rice. The result showed that the restrained degree of seed germination increased with the decrease of temperature in the low temperature stress. when the low temperature is reached 8℃and below, the seed germination rate of Japonica Xi-giant embryo-1 rice was decreased rapidly, and the seedling disease rate was enhanced because it was not restored after low temperature stress treatment. The curves of 50%seedling disease rate and temperature stress indicated that the tolerance temperature of low temperature stress was 9.4℃ to seed germination of Japonica Xi-giant embryo-1 rice.
