我国600多所本科院校转向职教，这是一次“革命性”的教育调整。传统的“双师型”教师培养体系已不能适应转型下院校对“双师型”教师的新要求。因此，研究构建与转型下院校相适应的、系统的、可操作的、科学的“双师型”教师培养体系迫在眉睫。
我國600多所本科院校轉嚮職教，這是一次“革命性”的教育調整。傳統的“雙師型”教師培養體繫已不能適應轉型下院校對“雙師型”教師的新要求。因此，研究構建與轉型下院校相適應的、繫統的、可操作的、科學的“雙師型”教師培養體繫迫在眉睫。
아국600다소본과원교전향직교，저시일차“혁명성”적교육조정。전통적“쌍사형”교사배양체계이불능괄응전형하원교대“쌍사형”교사적신요구。인차，연구구건여전형하원교상괄응적、계통적、가조작적、과학적“쌍사형”교사배양체계박재미첩。
It is a“revolutionary”educational adjustment that over 600 undergraduate colleges will be transformed into vocational schools. The traditional“double-professionally-titled”teacher training system can’t meet the new requirements on the“double-professionally-titled”teachers under the transformation of the colleges. Therefore, it’s imperative to research and build a systematic, operable and scientific“double-professionally-titled”teacher training system to be compatible with the colleges after transformation.
