探讨大学生性道德观念现状及存在的问题,为高校更加有效地开展性健康教育提供方向和依据。采用分层整群抽样的方法,对四川省3所医学院校在校大学生进行问卷调查。94.4%的学生表示可以接受大学期间谈恋爱;对于“‘贞操’对女性很重要,对男性无所谓”,70.1%不赞同这种说法;41.3%可以接受同性恋现象;33.3%的学生能够接受婚前/婚外性行为;68.7%的学生不能接受卖淫嫖娼行为。不同年级、性别和生源地学生的性道德观有差异。大学生的性道德观呈现出开放与理性并存状态,仍有少部分同学的性道德观存在偏差。高校应有针对性地完善和加强大学生性健康教育,在家庭、社会密切配合下,使大学生性道德观念朝更加健康的方向发展。

To understand the sexual morality situation of medical college students and current problems, to provide the direction and reference for universities to carry out more effective sexual health education in the future, the authors use stratified clusters sampling method to survey three medical colleges students in Sichuan province by anonymous questionnaire.94.4% of the students can accept love during the university; most of the college students (70.1%) of the students disagree with the statement that’virginity’is very important for women, but it does not matter for men.41.3% of the students can accept gay phenomenon;33.3% of college students can accept sex outside marriage or before marriage;68.7% of college students can’t accept prostitution behavior.There are some differences in different gender, grade and the family source in students’sexual morality.The sexual morality of medical college students presents an open and rational co-existing state, there are still sexual morality bias for a few students.Not only universities should pay attention to improve and strengthen student sexual health education, but also closely coordinate with the family and society, to promote students’sexual morality to develop towards a more healthy direction.
