本文以《论语》为依据，从教育学角度出发，讨论了孔子教育思想中关于人的分类这一思想。论述了孔子在学习视阀下，将人分成三种类型这一思想的教育意义。并进一步从孔子人的分类思想存在的背景、主要内容、对教育的作用、影响和存在的主要教育价值等方面进行了阐述。孔子人的分类思想是我国传统教育思想的组成部分，对教育的发展具有促进作用。
본문이《론어》위의거，종교육학각도출발，토론료공자교육사상중관우인적분류저일사상。논술료공자재학습시벌하，장인분성삼충류형저일사상적교육의의。병진일보종공자인적분류사상존재적배경、주요내용、대교육적작용、영향화존재적주요교육개치등방면진행료천술。공자인적분류사상시아국전통교육사상적조성부분，대교육적발전구유촉진작용。
Based on“Lunyu”, from the perspective of education, this paper discusses the Confucian education thoughts about the classification of people.The Confucius in learning perspective, divided the people into three types. And furtherly,this paper discusses the background,the main content,the main effects and the presence of educational value of the Confucius classification thought.The classification of Confucius who thought is part of our traditional education thought, has a promoting effect on the development of education.
