为确保企业电网与主网可靠解列,并过渡到稳定的运行状态,采用ETAP电力分析仿真软件,结合典型石化企业电力系统生产运行的特点及电气设备的性能参数,建立企业电网仿真模型。通过对企业电网解列方式下的频率和电压稳定情况仿真分析,提出了相应的孤网运行方式下发电机组控制策略的改进方案,为同类企业制定内部电网的运行方式、事故预案及技术改造提供参考。

High security, reliability and stability of power source and power system are required by large and giant petrochemical enterprises.It may cause great economic losses if the enterprise power system is not well grid islanding with the main network and transited to a stable state when external system failure endangering the production.Based on ETAP power analysis simulation software, this paper creates a simulation model for a typical petrochemical enterprise power system according to its own characteristics when producing and performing pedigree of electrical installation.The simulation analysis of frequency and voltage helps to improve the control strategy of electric generator set when grid islanding, which can be used as the theoretical proposal of internal power system operation mode, detailed emergency plan and technical reformation.
