定量核磁共振技术作为一种定量分析方法，具有操作容易，样品制备简单，非破坏性，分析时间短，专属性强，准确度高等优点，可以作为质量平衡定值方法的一种有力补充。定量核磁共振方法有很多种，例如1 H-qNMR，13 C-qNMR，19 F-qNMR和31 P-qNMR等，1 H-qNMR是最广泛使用的。核磁定量结果的影响因素有很多，最主要的干扰因素为定量样品制备，核磁共振实验参数设定，数据处理参数设定等，本文将详细讨论影响核磁定量结果的因素。

Quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance ( qNMR) is a well-known quantitative analytical technique.It has great advantages,such as easy-operation,simple sample-preparation,non-destructive sample,a relatively short a-nalysis time,high specificity and accuracy,etc.It can be used as a good supplement for mass balance method.QN-MR has many kinds, such as1 H-qNMR,13 C-qNMR,19 F-qNMR and 31 P-qNMR.1 H-qNMR is the most commonly used.Accuracy of qNMR is affected by a lot of factors,including sample preparation,parameter setting for data ac-quisition,processing and analysis.All influence factors will be discussed in this paper.
