Passing the under-water barrier is a common operation of UUV. The Monte-Carlo simulation model and method of the under-water navigation error caused influence on passing probability are established. It reflects the randomness of navigation error as well as the influence caused by environmental factor and inherent factor efficiently. Compared with the traditional method, it was able to calculate the passing-barrier probability.
