采用欧拉公式对武钢冷轧总厂张力辊打滑现象进行研究,通过对该张力辊的工作状况和受力情况进行理论分析后,发现张力辊打滑的主要原因是静摩擦系数下降导致,并在此基础上提出了杜绝张力辊打滑的相应措施。

This paper researched the phenomenon of bridle roll sliding in the General Cold Strip Rolling Mill of WISCO by using Euler formula.After analyzed the tension bridle roll's working status and forced,it was found that the bridle slide's main cause was the decline of friction coefficient.Then the corresponding measures to prevent the cold rolling mill bridle sliding were proposed on the basis of the research.
