The ladle slide system is the key point in conticaster's production,what's relia-bility and safety in moving can influence direct the reliability and safety on production in steel mill.This paper mainly introduced that operators in No.3 Branch of Steel-making plant of WISCO analyzed the targeted security flaws in ladle slide hydraulic system,and raised some technical improvement measures.Then the safety was improved after the system improved,achieving stable production of equipment.
