武钢中厚板厂2号常化炉为间接式(辐射)辊式热处理炉,回火温度工作区间为500~720℃,为满足高级别耐磨钢批量生产的要求,需要具备低温回火功能,因此对该常化炉进行了设定炉温为250℃的低温回火性能测试与诊断,诊断结论可为实施改造方案,扩展2号常化炉的低温回火功能提供重要指导。

The No.2 normalizing furnace of WISCO’s plate rolling mill is an indirect heating type(radiant tube burner)heat-treating furnace,and its range of tempering tem-perature is 500~720 ℃.In order to produce high-level wear-resisting steel,the heat-treating furnace must have the low-temperature tempering ability,so the low-tempera-ture tempering property test and diagnosis under 250 ℃ on the furnace was done,and the result can be referred to retrofit the furnace and extend its low-temperature tempe-ring function.
