鄂钢板坯连铸—中厚板轧制生产线投产初期,钢板边裂比例月均高达6.34%,造成钢板切边量大并产生3.58%的非计划宽度钢板,经生产试验及数据统计分析:认为二冷水设计不合理、拉速波动造成矫直温度过低是导致铸坯产生角裂的主要原因,在轧制展宽过程中,铸坯的角部裂纹向钢板宽面延伸。采取以钢种成分设计铸坯矫直温度,根据铸机二冷水分布特点优化坯料设计,控制轧制宽展比等措施,钢板边裂比例降至0.7%以内,由此产生的非计划宽度钢板控制在0.4%以下。
鄂鋼闆坯連鑄—中厚闆軋製生產線投產初期,鋼闆邊裂比例月均高達6.34%,造成鋼闆切邊量大併產生3.58%的非計劃寬度鋼闆,經生產試驗及數據統計分析:認為二冷水設計不閤理、拉速波動造成矯直溫度過低是導緻鑄坯產生角裂的主要原因,在軋製展寬過程中,鑄坯的角部裂紋嚮鋼闆寬麵延伸。採取以鋼種成分設計鑄坯矯直溫度,根據鑄機二冷水分佈特點優化坯料設計,控製軋製寬展比等措施,鋼闆邊裂比例降至0.7%以內,由此產生的非計劃寬度鋼闆控製在0.4%以下。
악강판배련주—중후판알제생산선투산초기,강판변렬비례월균고체6.34%,조성강판절변량대병산생3.58%적비계화관도강판,경생산시험급수거통계분석:인위이랭수설계불합리、랍속파동조성교직온도과저시도치주배산생각렬적주요원인,재알제전관과정중,주배적각부렬문향강판관면연신。채취이강충성분설계주배교직온도,근거주궤이랭수분포특점우화배료설계,공제알제관전비등조시,강판변렬비례강지0.7%이내,유차산생적비계화관도강판공제재0.4%이하。
The occur ratio of marginal cracks plate was up to 6.34 % average monthly at the beginning of Ecsteel’s production line on continuously casting slabs to rolling plates going to operation,the scrap edge of plates was bigger and the occur ratio of unplanned width plates was 3 .5 8 %.By the trial practices and date analysis ,it was found that:the most reason of corner cracks occurring is the straightening temperatures became too lower,the straightening temperatures is affected by the unreasonable of second cooling tables and the fluctuations of casting speeds.In the rolling process,the slab corner cracks will extend to the middle of plates.By resetting the straightening temperatures according to grade elements ,optimizing the slab plans on the basis of second cooling wa-ters distributed and controlling the width spread ratios,the occur ratio of marginal cracks plate is reduced to below 0.7 %,the ratio of unplanned width plates by marginal cracks is below 0.4 %.
