针对修井作业现场修井工劳动强度大、搬抬油管存在安全隐患的问题,研制了升降式油管枕。利用Hypermesh软件对油管托架及门架进行静力学分析,刚度和强度满足使用要求。该装置通过液压实现抬升、抽拉油管的动作,可在0.1~1 m的高度范围内升降油管,最大载荷为800 kg。现场应用表明,该装置能用于现场实际操作,可取代场地工搬抬、抽拉油管,降低了工人劳动强度。

In view of large labor intensity of well pullers and safety hazards during tubing handling on workover job site, the jack-up tubing stand was developed. The Hypermesh software was used to conduct statics analysis to tubing bracket and mast, whose rigidity and strength could meet the operating requirement. This device lifts and pulls tubing through hydraulic pressure, and can elevate tubing in a range of 0.1–1 m and its maximum load is 800 kg. The ifeld application shows that this device can be used in actual operations and can replace the roustabouts to handle and pull the tubing, thus reducing the workers’ labor intensity.
