近年来，我国大学生数量剧增，而社会企业提供的就业岗位有限，大学生的就业形势日益严峻，面临的就业压力越来越大，很多大学生毕业后在择业时缺乏明确的目标和规划，对职业缺乏正确、全面的认识和理解，自我定位不合理，导致大学生的就业能力普遍较低，造成人才的大量浪费。职业生涯规划教育是引导大学生正确认识职业生涯，明确职业目标，对自我进行合理定位，寻求自身发展的重要途径，该文主要介绍高校开展大学生职业生涯规划教育的必要性，并结合当前高校大学生职业生涯规划教育现状及存在的主要问题，提出了几点改进意见。

Due to the sharp increase of enrollment of collegr students in China and unsufficient jobs offered by the society, the employment situ ation of college students is becoming more and more serious and their employment pressure is getting greater and greater. Besides, many college graduates do not have clear goals and plans during the course of job-hunting, do not have a correct and comprehesive understanding of occupations and do not have a reasonable self-orientation of jobs, which makes most of them in lower employability and results in a big waste of talents. Career planning education is an important measure to make college students correctly understand professional career, clarify their occupational goals, orientate their employment reasonably by themselves and pursue their self-development. This paper primarily explains the necessity of implementing career planning education for college stu-dents and puts forward a few suggestions to make improvement according to the current situation and problems of career planning ed-ucation for college students.
