水平井均匀注汽管柱可以实现热采稠油水平井长水平段均匀受汽,改善注汽质量。但常规的均匀注汽管柱与常用的?73 mm油管比工具外径较大,使得整个均匀注汽管柱存在多处变径,易出现难以起出的问题,且配汽阀出汽位置正对筛管,存在注汽时刺坏筛管的风险。为此设计了由投球式安全丢手接头、小直径侧向配汽阀、小直径单流阀等工具组成的易起式防砂埋水平井均匀注汽管柱。配汽阀侧向出汽,杜绝了刺坏防砂筛管的风险;整个工具串外径小,无明显的变径段,降低了工具被砂埋无法起出的风险;配备了安全接头,管柱被埋后,可以实现丢手,起出上部油管,再打捞处理下部油管。该工艺在出砂严重且采用筛管完井的稠油水平井具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。

The even steam injection string for horizontal well can realize even steaming in long horizontal section of horizontal well for thermal production heavy oil and improve steam injection quality. However, compared with the often used?73 mm tubing, the conventional even steam injection string is larger in outside diameter, so there are a number ofvariable diameter on the whole string and hence the string is hard to retrieve; in addition, the steam distribution valve is directly opposite the screen tube, so there exists the risk of screen washout while stream injection. For this reason, an easy-to-retrieve, anti-sand burial even steam injection string for horizontal well is developed, which is composed of ball-like safety release joint, small diameter lateral steam distribution valve and small diameter check valve, etc. The steam comes out of distribution valve on side oriifces, so avoiding the risk of screen washout;the outside diameter of the whole string is small without obvious diameter varieties, which reduces the risk of being unable to retrieve the string due to sand burial. The string is equipped with safe connections, so when the string is buried, the release can be realized to retrieve the upper tubing and then the lower tubing shall be ifshed. This technology enjoys a favorable prospect and promotional value in heavy oil horizontal wells with severe sand production and screen completion.
