连续循环钻井是对常规钻井钻井液循环方式的一次重大变革。介绍了阀式连续循环钻井原理和优缺点,在严格依据质量保证体系的基础上,紧密结合钻井作业实际,对连续循环短节、控制系统、接入立管管汇的过渡系统等阀式连续循环钻井装置进行了研制,并进行了7口井的现场试验,不同循环介质和不同钻井方式的连续循环钻井都获得成功,证明该装置能够适应钻井工艺各项技术要求。该装置实现不停泵保持井下连续循环进行井口钻具接卸扣作业,避免因开泵停泵造成井下压力激动,可以有效控制ECD值,保持井内压力稳定,避免和减少井下复杂情况乃至事故的发生,对提高钻井效率,降低钻井成本,提高钻井安全性,实现安全、高效、经济钻成各种复杂井起到重要作用。

The continuous circulation drilling is a major change to the conventional drilling lfuid circulation mode. This article describes a detailed study of the principle, advantages and disadvantages of valve-type continuous circulation drilling. The researches of continuous circulation sub, control system and transition system connected to the riser manifold are based on a strict quality assurance system and the ifeld drilling operations. The ifeld test got continuous circulation drilling successes of seven wells, with different circula-tion medium and different drilling methods, which proving that the device meets kinds of drilling technology requirements. The device realizes the continuously circulating operation of connection and disconnection of the drilling tool joints without pumping off. It can avoid the downhole pressure surge caused by on and off of pump, so the range of ECD can be effectively controlled to keep downhole pressure stable to avoid or reduce the complex occurrence which might result accidents. The continuous circulation drilling device plays an important role in improving drilling efifciency, reducing drilling cost and increasing drilling security to achieve the success of drilling safely, efifciently and economically in all kinds of complicated wells.
