冰雪文化作为东北地区的标志性文化代表，能够满足大学生提高身体素质、综合素质和探究时尚体育文化的生理、心理需求，促进和谐校园和校园精神文明建设，并引领大学生人文素质的发展方向。从冰雪文化的基本概念入手，对东北地区高校构建冰雪文化的必要性进行分析，从高度重视、明确方向、富有特色等方面对东北地区高校如何加强冰雪文化的建设途径提出构思，为完善高校冰雪文化构建，丰富大学校园文化建设，提高学生身体素质和综合素质提供借鉴，为高校体育教育改革的发展提供参考。

Ice and snow culture as a symbol of northeast culture,can meet the physiological and psychological need of improving physical quality,comprehensive quality and exploring fashion sports culture of university students,promote the harmonious campus and the campus construction of spiritual civilization,and guide the development of students' humanities quality. Starting from the basic concept of ice and snow culture,analyze the necessity of constructing ice and snow culture in Northeast universities,put forward ideas of how to strengthen the construcitve ways of ice and snow culture in Northeast universities from more attention,a clear direction,distinctive aspects,provide reference to perfect ice and snow cultural construction of universities,enrich campus cultural construction,improve the physical quality and comprehensive quality of students,and provide reference for the development of reforming physical education in universities.
