指出绝缘油色谱在线监测技术是变压器状态检修的重要组成部分,已在实际工程中普遍应用,包括薄膜式和顶空式,但是现有的方式方法存在数据不稳定、重复性差等问题。针对性地提出了利用光声光谱技术设计变压器油中故障特征气体的在线监测系统,实现变压器的真正在线实时监测及故障诊断,系统设计中的关键技术采用了新方法,为变压器故障的在线监测实现了技术创新。

Online monitoring of insulating oil chromatography technology is an important part of condition-based maintenance of transformers,and has been widely used in practical projects,including specific film type,and headspace style. However,the method is imperfect in data reliability and repeatability. Aiming at these problems, an on-line monitoring system was designed by using photoacoustic spectroscopy to monitor the fault characteristics of gas contained in oil of transformer so that real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of transformers could be realized. The new method was adopted to several key steps of the system design,which achieved a technological innovation for transformer faults on-line monitoring.
