针对曲面零件对五坐标扫描检测的需求,在对REVO五坐标旋转扫描测头的技术特征进行分析的基础上,提出了适用于五坐标扫描检测路径规划的球面法,通过测尖运动球形包络面与被测工件曲面的相交线来确定检测路径,测量主要由测尖扫描完成,减少测量机的三轴移动,实现高速坐标扫描测量。
針對麯麵零件對五坐標掃描檢測的需求,在對REVO五坐標鏇轉掃描測頭的技術特徵進行分析的基礎上,提齣瞭適用于五坐標掃描檢測路徑規劃的毬麵法,通過測尖運動毬形包絡麵與被測工件麯麵的相交線來確定檢測路徑,測量主要由測尖掃描完成,減少測量機的三軸移動,實現高速坐標掃描測量。

To meet the requirement for the fast measurement for work-parts with complex surface, based on the analysis of the REVO probe system, a method by getting intersection curve formed by part surface and probe surface is presented. The intersection curve is fit to 5-axis scanning measurement. The scanning coordinate measurement is carried out by probe tip, keeping CMM (coordinate measuring machine) axis still.
