针对目前机械零件的检测数据和三维数模相脱离的问题,提出了一种基于MBD的检测数据和三维模型的关联与可视化技术。给出了组合、交叉、聚合三种检测数据和三维模型的关联方式,在CATIA二次开发环境中对检测数据进行特征建模,并且最后将检测数据和三维模型的关联结果进行可视化显示并通过实例验证。
針對目前機械零件的檢測數據和三維數模相脫離的問題,提齣瞭一種基于MBD的檢測數據和三維模型的關聯與可視化技術。給齣瞭組閤、交扠、聚閤三種檢測數據和三維模型的關聯方式,在CATIA二次開髮環境中對檢測數據進行特徵建模,併且最後將檢測數據和三維模型的關聯結果進行可視化顯示併通過實例驗證。

To solve the problem that inspecting data and three-dimensional model are separated, a method based on MBD (model based definition) about the correlation and its visualization of inspecting data and three-dimensional model is put forward. Three correlation schemes named as combination, crossover and aggregation are given. The feature-oriented modeling technology is used to model inspecting data in software CATIA. The result of correlation between inspecting data and three-dimensional model is displayed in CATIA. A case study is given to verify the method.
