新西兰是林业发达国家，本文介绍分析了新西兰的森林资源状况、森林经营管理、林业与碳排放交易计划、林产品生产、加工与贸易、林业科研与教育等方面的现状和实践，并结合我国推进生态林业民生林业建设和深化林业改革提出几点启示。

Forestry is developed in New Zealand. The status and practices of forestry development in New Zealand were analyzed, including forest resources, forest management, forestry and Emissions Trading Scheme, forest product pro-cessing and trade, research and education in forestry, and some revelation to the development of ecology forestry and livelihood forestry and the deepening of forestry reformation were suggested.
